Real estate runs in Spencer’s blood with both parents having been in the industry for twenty years combined. Spencer has grown up surrounded by industry leaders and takes pride in being part of the wider Harcourts family.

Canterbury raised, Spencer knows Christchurch inside and out. Whilst, growing up with three brothers and playing sports at a representative level, he is well versed in mucking in and going above and beyond what is needed to achieve at an exceptional level.
