Ben Hoskin

Ben is a Commercial Broker specialising in Commercial and Industrial Sales and Leasing. Prior to joining Bayleys Ben spent 18 years with ANZ in Tauranga. During this time in Commercial Banking Ben has worked with a wide range of owner occupiers, investors and developers structuring deals and enabling them to grow their business and meet their property goals.

Some of the projects Ben has worked on include acquisition of owner occupied and investment properties, syndicated investments and new property developments ranging from multi lot residential land subdivisions to warehousing and multi-unit industrial. This experience has given Ben a strong understanding of the challenges faced by commercial property owners and how to manage these through various stages of the property cycle.

With a keen eye for what is happening in the local business community and connections with a wide network of trusted professionals Ben is well placed to help you with your commercial property requirements.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Business Studies majoring in Marketing as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Finance) from Massey University.

When not chasing the kids round the local sports grounds he enjoys, boating, the beach, skiing, tennis and golf.
