Kevin Cowley

Kevin Cowley was born and raised on a dairy farm in Te Aroha and has spent his whole life around the agricultural sector, including 14 years dairy farming himself.
He also has a deep interest in rural real estate and decided to take the plunge in 2021, joining Harcourts Te Aroha and bringing his many years of knowledge and experience of the farming industry with him.
He’s excited to join Harcourts, which has been delivering real estate services to New Zealand since 1888.
Kevin’s wife Jenny works at the council facilities in Te Aroha and their two young sons attend school in the town. The family enjoys sharing the boys’ rugby and cricket, and Kevin is a referee for school age rugby.

Kevin understands the local area, its people, and its farmers. He was born and raised on a dairy farm in the area.
“My father’s farm has been in the family for three generations, so I was the fourth generation Cowley to farm in the Te Aroha area.”

Kevin himself has farmed for 14 years and has an in depth understanding of the dairy industry and agricultural sector as a whole.
“I know firsthand the ups and the downs that farmers face and understand that selling such a large asset as a farm can be a stressful experience. I’m confident that my understanding of this offers my clients that support and guidance through the sale.”
