Stephen is a fully licensed Real Estate Sales Person and member of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand. Stephen has extensive real estate sales experience and is one of the few sales persons who has good knowledge of real estate law, the Real Estate Agents Act plus the relevant Codes of Practice; Ethics.

Since commencing his real estate career, he has established himself as one of the leading salespersons in the Ray White group consistently achieving Premier status, demonstrating exceptional service and ethics in his business. He has sold throughout North Shore - Milford to Silverdale/Gulf Harbour, rural areas like Dairy Flat/Wainoni and West Auckland – Henderson.

Stephen has excellent sales and marketing knowledge with the ability to promote your property with exposure to the greatest possible number of potential buyer’s. His excellent understanding of the North Shore Real Estate market and its multicultural residents ensures maximum return for a vendor.
