Outside of work Mark spends his time enjoying and participating in sport with his wife Anna, a high school teacher, and their three sons. He is involved throughout the community in a variety of coaching roles, within golf and in hockey both at a high school level and in coaching numerous representative teams, while still playing both sports when the opportunity arises.

Richard is married with three children and lives in Tauranga. His family is the most important part of his life. He has an adventurous spirit and loves all things to do with the ocean, surfing, fishing, cycling, snow, travel and getting outside with his family and friends.
