If it’s not real estate you’ll find Alyce giving back to the community in one of her many roles including President of the Pauanui Preschool Board of Trustees or as a Director on the Board of the Pauanui Sports and Recreation Club - two extremely pivotal groups that she felt compelled to help and be a part of.

Now in her ninth year in real estate for Harcourts, Alyce has both experience and a fresh energy complemented by her clients both in selling and buying. Systems and processes are key and it’s a winning combination of these factors that make working with Alyce and her team an enjoyable experience.

Her passion for design and interiors has led to her exploring property staging, a skill that has helped her client’s properties reach their full potential, showcasing them at their very best and achieving outstanding sales results.

Pauanui being a second home for the majority of Alyce’s’ upbringing meant the opportunity to open her very own Harcourts office and make the small beachside town her home was a no brainer! Alyce and her fiancé Connor Hayward, a successful and well-known builder in the area, welcomed their daughter last year, motherhood a new role that Alyce has taken in her stride.

With a background in marketing, sales, and communication, Alyce should be your go to when considering any aspect of real estate in Pauanui.

Tanja is new to the Harcourts Whanagamata team having recently obtained her real estate license we are excited to have her onboard. Tanja has been a long-time visitor to the area staying in her family’s holiday home for as long as she can remember. After completing a degree in Hospitality Management in Wellington in 2014 Tanja decided that Whanagamata was where she wanted to begin her career.

Tanja quickly established herself in town for making great coffee and having great customer service skills which came naturally for her. As much as Tanja has enjoyed working in the hospitality industry, she wanted to take on a new adventure and challenge which has led to her pursuing a career in Real Estate.

When Tanja’s not in the office she can be found at the gym working on becoming the best version of herself, physically and mentally or mixing DJ music. She is a lady of many talents who enjoys keeping herself busy!

Tanja brings a fresh and vibrant presence to the team, paired with her bubbly personality and “can do” attitude we expect to see a very successful career in Real Estate for Tanja and can’t wait to see what strengths she brings to the team.
