Alyce Rowe

Work hard, stay humble! If it’s not real estate you’ll find Alyce giving back to the community in one of her many roles including President of the Pauanui Preschool Board of Trustees or as a Director on the Board of the Pauanui Sports and Recreation Club - two extremely pivotal groups that she felt compelled to help and be a part of.

Now in her ninth year in real estate for Harcourts, Alyce has both experience and a fresh energy complemented by her clients both in selling and buying. Systems and processes are key and it’s a winning combination of these factors that make working with Alyce and her team an enjoyable experience.

Her passion for design and interiors has led to her exploring property staging, a skill that has helped her client’s properties reach their full potential, showcasing them at their very best and achieving outstanding sales results.

Pauanui being a second home for the majority of Alyce’s’ upbringing meant the opportunity to open her very own Harcourts office and make the small beachside town her home was a no brainer! Alyce and her fiancé Connor Hayward, a successful and well-known builder in the area, welcomed their daughter last year, motherhood a new role that Alyce has taken in her stride.
