If it’s not real estate you’ll find Alyce giving back to the community in one of her many roles including President of the Pauanui Preschool Board of Trustees or as a Director on the Board of the Pauanui Sports and Recreation Club - two extremely pivotal groups that she felt compelled to help and be a part of.

Now in her ninth year in real estate for Harcourts, Alyce has both experience and a fresh energy complemented by her clients both in selling and buying. Systems and processes are key and it’s a winning combination of these factors that make working with Alyce and her team an enjoyable experience.

Her passion for design and interiors has led to her exploring property staging, a skill that has helped her client’s properties reach their full potential, showcasing them at their very best and achieving outstanding sales results.

Pauanui being a second home for the majority of Alyce’s’ upbringing meant the opportunity to open her very own Harcourts office and make the small beachside town her home was a no brainer! Alyce and her fiancé Connor Hayward, a successful and well-known builder in the area, welcomed their daughter last year, motherhood a new role that Alyce has taken in her stride.

With a background in marketing, sales, and communication, Alyce should be your go to when considering any aspect of real estate in Pauanui.

Kate, a Pauanui local, has spent most of her adult working life as an ex-pat in Dubai, the UK and Melbourne, working in the finance sector. She brings to the Harcourts Pauanui team an extensive international network and vast knowledge of trusts and estates, investment property planning, building and selling of spec homes and general building and property development.

Upon returning to New Zealand Kate lived in both Auckland and Pauanui, again working in the financial sector and as the Sales & Marketing Manager at Lakes Resort – where she now lives and enjoys the tranquil lifestyle the resort offers.

Kate purchased and re-branded The Bakery in Pauanui, created another bakery in Tairua (now known as Two Tides) and converted two 40ft high-cube containers into a coffee shop in Whangamata. After selling all three businesses, Kate was ready for another challenge and combined her love of property development, sales, marketing, and relationship skills into her new role selling real estate joining the Alyce & Katie selling team.

With her extensive background in the area and general enthusiasm, passion and drive for all things Pauanui makes her the perfect part of an award-winning team to deliver results. The addition of Kate to the team has only seem them go from strength to strength.
