The current owners have achieved a very tasteful mix of old and new with the renovation of this large 1910 Villa. In fact they have done an incredible amount of work since the home was moved to its new site in the Matangi Village in Feb 2011. Bedrooms 4 & 5 both have ensuites and are spectacular in themselves.

SHED
7.2m X 11.4m and with an extra room framed up on the end makes this a very usable and versatile shed.
